II. Why do we process your personal information and why are we authorized to do so?
a) To manage the organization’s relationship with shareholders and partners for the holding of General Shareholder Meetings.

b) To manage information on consumers that participate in promotions, competitions, customer satisfaction surveys, publication and dissemination in corporate environments, and customer service in terms of inquiries, claims, and suggestions.

c) To receive resumes, hold them, and use them for staff selection processes and participation in the job market.

At the time of registration, Deoleo will collect and process the personal information necessary for registration and to attend to your request or consultation. The fields marked with an asterisk are obligatory, and without them, Deoleo will not be able to properly respond to your request.
III. What is the duration of the conservation of your personal information?
Deoleo will keep customer information so long as the contractual relationship between the two parties continues. Subsequent to this timeframe, information will be conserved for promotional actions during a timeframe of three years. For other types of users, information will also be maintained for a timeframe of three years, until a request for deletion is received or the consent granted is revoked. Information will not be conserved for more time than is necessary for the purposes described above, without prejudice to the conservation necessary to formulate, execute, or defend against potential claims and/or so long as this is permitted by applicable legislation.
IV. Who has access to your personal information?
In the case of shareholder information in relation to the deeds for General Shareholder Meetings, the information will be permitted to be communicated to the notaries in question.
In addition to the aforementioned, Deoleo will be permitted to transfer or communicate personal information to comply with its obligations with respect to Governments whenever required in accordance with legislation in effect at any time and when applicable, as well as to other bodies, such as State Security Forces and Legal Bodies.
V. What are the rights of users?
Deoleo hereby informs the User of the possibility of exercising his or her rights to access, rectification, opposition, deletion, portability, and limitation of the processing of the personal information collected by Deoleo.
These rights can be exercised for free by the User, and when applicable, by his or her legal representative, via a signed request in writing sent to email@example.com.
In addition to the above rights, the User will have the right to withdraw his or her consent granted at any time via the procedure described above, without this withdrawal of consent having an effect on the lawfulness of processing prior to the withdrawal of this consent. Deoleo will be permitted to continue to process the User’s information to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Deoleo reminds the User that he or she has the right to present a claim to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
VI. Unsubscription from the Business Newsletter
As mentioned in the previous section, the User has the right to revoke at any time the consent granted to the sending of business communications simply by notifying Deoleo that he or she does not wish to continue to receive business communications. To do so, the User can either withdraw his or her consent as described in the previous section, or click on the link included in each business newsletter, thus canceling the sending of electronic business communications.
