Sicilian Arancini al ragù fried with Friol oil

Arancini are a speciality of Sicilian cuisine: breaded and fried rice balls or cones, 8-12 cm in diameter, usually stuffed with ragù, peas and cheese, or diced ham and mozzarella. They are served hot and eaten at any time of the day.
